rjrincParticipantAfter updating the Woodmart theme to 5.3.6 and following migration guide documentation from a older version, I’m having a problem with existing WP Bakery Elements no longer displaying correctly on the site. Instead of the elements displaying properly, it displays the actual shortcode/code output on the front end. I’m wondering if the elements that were used originally are legacy and are no longer part of the current theme now or if something else is wrong.
I attached a screenshot of what is showing on the front end of the site after the update.
I’m hoping someone can provide direction on how to resolve this so I can avoid having to recreate each element. Thanks in advance.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please update and activate the WoodCore plugin in Appearance > Install plugins.
If the problem persists, please provide the site admin access to the private area.
Best Regards

rjrincParticipantOkay I was able to resolve the issues with the 5.3.6 update. However I see that a 6.0 release was just put out and I updated it. I have encountered another issue, it seems that the bullet styling is not the same now. It looks like there was a custom encoded char, that was like a greater than bracket symbol, it used this \f110 for the content property. Now after the 6.0 update the unordered list symbols defaulted to normal bullet symbols, ‘disc’. How can I get the custom symbol back? It looks like in older versions it was tied back to the woodmart-font.woff which appears to still exist in the 6.0 theme however it seems that the escape sequence used \f110 no longer matches any character in the new 6.0 release. I get a different looking character. Do you have any suggestions on how to get the list styling back? Is it a different encoding now? I’m trying to get the > symbol back for the unordered lists.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
The recent theme version is 6.0.2 now. You can wait a couple of days and update again.
In order to make lists as they were you can add this class
.unordered-list
to allul
If you cannot assign the class, you will need to copy and paste the styles I attach to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global.
Best Regards
