I have some problems and if you like to help me.
First, even i have items in my basket, the basket show empty, and when i add something else then its displaying all the items.
Second, i cant add an item to the basket from the grid of products, only when i show the product page.
And third, when i go to checkout it hangs on showing the total of the cart and the payment options as you see in the image i send you

Please deactivate all the third party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
I have found that you are using the latest version of Woocommerce plugin with the old version of the theme, please update the theme to the latest Woodmart 5.3.6 version and update all the theme plugins as well, I am sure your issue will be solved.
The theme not tells me that there is an update, do i downloaded again from themeforest and overwrite it, but still the same issue
Is there anything else i can do?

Can you please share the WP admin login details of your site after deactivating the 3rd party plugins on your site that you are using. Then I will debug the issue and give you the possible solution.
I have found that you are using the old version of PHP, please update the PHP version to 7.3 or greater version, it is the minimum requirement of the Woocommerce plugin now: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/
The issue is not with the theme. I have checked it with the default WordPress theme Twenty Twenty one and still have an issue with the checkout so please ask the Woocomemrce support to check and solve the issue with the default theme then it will work as well with the Woodmart theme.
