Header text domain not showing in WPML string translation

    Hi,
    I have an issue translating the header in WPML. The text domain whb_main_header does not show up in String Translation.

    Any ideas how to fix this?

    Hello,

    Can you please send me the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and add those strings from header to WPML >> String Translation section.

    Hello,

    Your issue has been solved. Now all the words are available in the WPML >> String Translation section, please go to and find the words and translate them.

    Hi,
    thank you.

    I have tried to translate the header ID and also the strings in the top bar, but that didn’t work (see screenshots attached). On the translated (english) pages the german strings are still displayed.

    Any idea, what’s causing this?

    Hello,

    There is no issue with the theme or plugin. It is a cache issue or any 3rd party plugin confliction issue, please delete all sorts of cache from the site and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins excluding theme and WPML plugins. I am sure you will see the result.

    Please make sure that you have not activated any cache from the server.

    It’s still not working.

    I tried to:

    • deactivate caching plugin
    • deactivate all plugins except WPML, Woodmart, WPBakery and Woocommerce
    • checked caching rules in htaccess
    • checked server configuration
    • cleared browser cache
    • tried a 2nd browser

    Neither did help.

    Can you take a look at this issue, please?

    Hello,

    Please, update the theme to the latest 6.0.3 version first and then try to translate the topbar text only, not the header ID.
