Lazy loading or animation

I noticed that some kind of page loading animation has been enabled. This script seems to be damaging the loading and the page is slightly crumbling. (Screenshot .gif in the attachement).

Your website is loading from cache. Please delete the cache folder from “Wp-content” clear browser cache and check back.

By after clear browser cache, and activating WP-Rocket again – site does not smoothly still.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
