HOW CAN I SHIFT THE CHAT OPTION FROM BOTTOM PART TO IN MY MENU SECTION FOR BOTH DESKTOP AS WELL AS MOBILE VERSION.ATTACHED FILE FOR YOUR REFERENCE.

I am not sure it is possible.
You can try to add a shortcode or widget into Area after the mobile menu in Appearance > Widgets. It may work, provided the chat has the option to add shortcodes or widgets.
Alternatively, you can contact the plugin support they would suggest how to implement, taking into consideration the possibility to add the widget in the mobile menu.
