Product grid aligned with vertically centered images

hi, i have different sizes of images, so i need to sort the product grid so that it is aligned and the images are centered vertically. How can I do it? Attached screenshot.

You will have to process the images and upload them with equal size and proportions, it is not possible to customize images with CSS, unfortunately.
