manager@orbolo.storeParticipantApril 9, 2021 at 8:36 am #280568It looks like you have customized our
functions.phpfile that broken some functions. Please, restore the original file and test how it works. Note that if you want to customize something in our theme, you need to use child.April 9, 2021 at 8:46 am #280576
manager@orbolo.storeParticipantCan you please point to something specific, I have not made any changes in functions.php , am not a techie, I just follow instructions by you folks.
April 9, 2021 at 8:52 am #280586In this case, you just need to reinstall the theme completely to make sure that all files are up to date.

manager@orbolo.storeParticipantHelp, I tried and it did not work… it says failed, no valid plug in…. not sure what should I do next. I take daily back up and had one available from today early morning when everything was hunky dory, I restored that but no luck, I am actually mighty concerned on this random critical error… it has shaken my confidence completely in your theme.
April 9, 2021 at 11:18 am #280713If you want, we can reinstall the theme for you. Please, disable all third-party plugins temporarily so we can do this for you.

April 9, 2021 at 11:52 am #280750We have updated the theme for you. Please, check how it works now.
April 9, 2021 at 1:31 pm #280839
manager@orbolo.storeParticipantThanks it seems to be working ok, I still need to figure out how function.php got modified?, is there a way to find out that and audit trail, that I should investigate?
April 9, 2021 at 1:35 pm #280846We don’t know but it looks like you or your developer customized the code in the parent theme. You don’t need to customize any PHP code in the parent theme. Use child theme for this.
