When I click on the login / my account link it doesn’t work.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

and also the menu top text in the mega menu submenus is half visible. how can i fix this.

When I click on the login / my account link it doesn’t work.
You need to select “Sidebar” for my account element in the header both for desktop and mobile devices. Edit this in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Header builder -> edit your current header.
