How to do so that the translations are not deleted every time I update the theme

Hi, I hope you can help me. Every time there is an update to the woodmart theme my translations are removed. How can I avoid losing the translations every time you release a theme update?

Please restore your site from the backup and save the translation in the proper route: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3
In this case translation would never reset even if you delete Loco.
