    Hello,

    I tried to start the Woocommerce wizard however it did not start, the demo is possible to upload, provided Woocommmerce has been correctly installed and activated.

    We are now checking with the dev team and admin panel does not work at all, please reinstall everything and provide net WordPress installation I will try again.

    Import AJAX problem. Try to disable all external plugins and check the problem with your hosting provider. If it will not help, contact our theme support for help. why this error come ?

    Hello,

    In most cases, such a problem is caused by third parties plugins or site configuration.

    If it is possible, provide the net WordPress installation I will install them upload the demo and you would import your content. Perhaps some staging site.

    ok i am using dreamhost hosting . first unistall the wordpress then you will install again wordpress and theme

    The basic demo has been successfully uploaded, you can view the demo pages in the Dashboard > Pages.

    Please note, if you upload any demo all the site settings would be reset and no option to roll back, make the full backup of your site before uploading anything, please clarify what you would like to upload now?
