I wish to fix the images to same size, instead of variable size

    Hi I wish to fix the images to same size, instead of variable size, I notice all Add buttons are aligned while images are loading, but, once images are loaded the buttons go misaligned, how to fix?

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshots you attached.

    Basically the product images are controlled by woocommerce and our theme doesn’t influence this. WooCommerce Allows some settings that you can find under Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    If you are still unable then provide the admin panel login and FTP details of the website.

    Something is amiss I dont see CSS generator as one of the tabs in woodmart, also have noticed that the woocommerce catalog customization in appearance does not give me all options. this has happened after I switched to production from test site and one of your team members actually helped in with FTP as I was getting some error in uploading the theme. Am not bale to figure out the problem, would appreciate your help.

    Hello,

    The CSS generator is not included in our Latest Theme Update.

    You can read our detailed documentation on the Update 6.0 in the following link:
    https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/woodmart-update-6-0-explained/

    And for the catalog settings missing please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    Because the Catalog settings are controlled by woocommerce and our theme doesn’t influence.

    Hi first image from home (https://www.quickbasket.store) of mobile bottom navbar, with no funel icon for side bar.

    Second picture is also of mobile bottom navbar from the shop page (https://www.quickbasket.store/shop), this has funnel icon for side bar.

    I wish to have funnel icon on mobile bottom navbar irrespective of which page it is being displayed. Hope this explanation is clearer. 🙂

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    Sorry but the filters sidebar is only set to be displayed for the shop page. You cannot display on the homepage.

    It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

    1. Make categories display in page title sticky so when we scroll up the category/subcategory display remains visible.
    2. Is it possible to make display same way in mobile instead of Burger Symbol and the word category?

    1) Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

    2) Sorry but your explanation is not clear enough to understand what you require. Please explain with the help of some relevant screenshots of the specific area to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    It seems that you are trying to move the files manually. You can try using any plugin that meets your requirements.

    Hi yes, the performance improvement team who identified the hosting issues and recommended moving to different host also noticed that there were many broken links and issues impacting the performance, hence suggested a fresh installation. I am not sure why I get error that no installation file in the zipped folder. Is it possible to a fresh download of the theme? Was reading my earlier notes and last time one of your colleagues asked me to deactivate all plugins and did put the theme, is that what has to be done again? Also I am not getting link to create nee ticket, hence different issues keep on getting added in the current open ticket. Would appreciate your help.
