icons as squares

    Hi there my site is showing icons as squares upon loading, once refreshed it loads properly. I have already tried deleting the css generator file, I have https, am not sure what else is the issue. Can you please assist?

    Please Make sure that you have set the both addresses same as in the following link:
    https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/icons-has-been-disappeared/

    If the problem still continues then provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    The addresses both are identical, but the problem is there. Would you mind checking? Providing login detail in private content.

    Hello,

    I have logged into your website and checked that you are not using the latest version of the Theme.

    Please Update the theme and the Woodmart core plugin to the latest versions then clear cache and check back.

    Hi there

    I have updated my theme however am still seeing icons as squares, can you please help?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

    If the Problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Hi Aizaz,

    I deactivated all 3rd party plugins however the icons are still showing as squares. Appreciate if you can assist me on this please

    Hi Aizaz thanks for the quick response, can I check with you what changes were made? so we can do this for all the other sites that are using woodmart. I currently have 5 other installations.

    I have enabled the option like this from Theme Settings >> Performance >> Font-Awesome & Icons.
