Can't open Appearances

    Hi guys,

    So when trying out different themes under my woodmart theme option I did something to delete my Woocommerce

    I urgently needed it back and tried deactivating Woocommerce in order to reactivate it again

    I also tried adding the woocommerce plugin with an FTP client but I am not sure if that worked

    Now I am super freaked out because when I click on Appearances >Themes I get the error in the screenshot

    Please tell me how to fix this Woocommerce issue. I am really worried

    I have added the Woocommerce 3.5.0 to my wp-content under plugins under the site hosting.

    I don’t know how to activate the woocommerce I keep getting this error.

    I only have one theory my file woocommerce 3.5.0 doesn’t match the woocommerce plugin that I have 5.2.0 how do I fix this issue?

    Everywhere i click now it says there is a crucial error on my site.

    PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!

    I have provided admin access. But I don’t know what you mean by FTP access. Where do I find it. I downloaded the FTP because I could upload the woocommerce file to my website hosting. I spoke with Godaddy about it and they advised me to install the FTP – the software is called FileZilla

    We need your FTP host, username and password. Then we will be able to connect to your server with FileZilla.

    Okay but do you mean the FTP host like GoDaddy and do I need to add those details somewhere?

    You need to ask your hosting provider about this information. Just send us your host, username and password.
