HOW TO ADD OR REMOVE FIELDS IN THE CHECKOUT

Hello.
How can you add or remove fields in the CHECKOUT.
For example I would like to request these fields.
Document Type (Select):
* DNI
* RUC
Document Number (Input)
And these 2 fields are also sent with the other fields that come by default to the order confirmation email.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
Because the checkout is woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
