Pop-Up enable makes CSS Error

    Hey Guys,

    after I switched to elementor the pop-up feature doesn’t work properly. First the design of the pop-up itself got crashed.The preview of the pop-up (built in HTML Blocks) looks fine (elementor: mobile, desktop, tablet).

    When opening the popup after like 3000 seconds, the design got crashed. On all devices. On

    On top the website got a loading problem and my custom fonts on the website won’t load anymore. This just affects the website.

    After disabling the pop-up feature and cleaning the cache all looks fine.

    Any ideas?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

    Hey Elise,

    you were right. I used “White Label CMS” and by deactivating it, the pop up works. I really don’t know why this is happening and with WPBakery it was no Problem at all. By using elementor it won’t work.
