Constantly filter visible on mobile

Is it possible to have the filter menu constantly visible while browsing mobile? Like the example in the screenshot.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available to make the sidebar filters opened by default.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
