Good morning, we have problems in our shop https://planetacamiseta.com/planeta-camiseta. When adding a product to the cart, you do not see any kind of warning, nor the product is added, if you reload the page you can see that the product is added to the cart, but the AJAX warning does not work when adding the cart, neither in the popup type nor in the sidebar type. Please can you check it ?
Attached is the error we see in the code inspector console.

The shop is accessible, it is possible that you are visiting the site from an IP that is blocked on the host. Please tell me the IP from which you need to access to add it to the whitelist? thank you very much, greetings.

Good afternoon, we have already added your IP to the whitelist, can you test now if you can access the online shop?

Try to disable all external plugins temporarily and update the theme to the latest version.

We have already updated the theme, but we have deactivated the plugins and we still have the same problem.

It works well when we switch to 6.0.3. Please, check how it works from your side. And send us some screenshot if the error still there.

Ok perfect, now it seems to be solved. It’s quite strange, because we had tried it before and the AJAX warning didn’t pop up. Now, once configured in the template, the type of warning we need, it works fine.

It looks like you have some custom code in your 5.3.6 version that breaks this functionality.
Anyway, we are glad that you sorted it out. Feel free to contact us if you have any extra questions.
