Woodmart V.6 Upgrade – Portfolio does not work more + JS hang up sometimes

    Hello Xtemos Support Team,

    after upgrade the woodmart theme to version 6 we have some small problems on our e-commerce shop.

    Portfolio does not work anymore and we don’t find what is the reason.

    Second problem that we have is that on Safari Browser sometimes the load of page is just for some seconds frozen due (maybe) some hanged up JS (maybe is the brand carousel in pre-footer).

    Third problem is that after upgrade we have also sometimes problem with WPRocket that after cache flush just does not recognise the right css file name and happened that the xts css is missing.

    Can u please help us to fix the problems?

    We use still the WPBuilder.

    Hello,

    1. You need to update our WoodMart core to the latest version via Appearance -> Install plugins. Then go to Settings -> Permalinks and resave them.

    2. We don’t see any problems in Safari now. Do you have it on all pages or on some specific one?

    3. Please, send us a link where we can see this problem.

    Hello,

    thank u for the quick reply.

    1. Already done and now tried again, but unfortunately no changes. Woodmart Core has been updated after theme upgrade.

    2. We have on all pages in Safari (with backend logged in and wordpress top bar) (I can maybe post a screencast) -> It is related to brand carousel slider in pre-footer or smth others because after the brand slider get working then u can click on other links etc.. otherwise the page is frozen.

    3. It happens only in the case I flush the cache or just click on cache fill event that sometimes it will be required the old css that does not more exists i.e. With woodmart 5 we did not have any problem with this plugin.

    1. You also need to specify your portfolio URL in Theme Settings here https://gyazo.com/82964aea9129c8f8c772faa59d47830d

    2. Please, disable all external plugins so we can check how it works.

    3. You need to clear the WP Rocket cache when you resave Theme Settings.
