There's a bug on the mobile version into the shop title > categories

So, i have enabled the Shop Title categories, and it’s working fine on desktop. But on the mobile, for example, when i navigate to Wine > Red Wine through the shop title categories menu, im not able to use the dropdown anymore. Try it from urself on mobile.

So, when u r on mobile, at the first open, the categories dropdown menu works fine, but after you click on some category to navigate, you are not able to see the dropdown anymore. So, the dropdown works only the first time, after u navigate to a category from the categories into the shop title, the dropdown is not there anymore.
Go and try it. Go to vino-meze.com/shop and open the categories title menu, navigate to a category and open the categories menu again. You will see that the drop down is not there anymore.

Please provide your site admin access to the private area.
Please make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

I have updated the theme and it’s still the same. The dropdown option on vino-meze.com/shop works only the FIRST TIME when you click on a subcategory. After that, there is no more dropdown. Talking about the mobile version.
I really don’t know why are you guys disabling the plugins when the problem is from your theme. You have bugs in your theme.
You guys are a total mess. Im a developer and i have bought this theme on two different accounts but this theme SUCKS. WHAT THE HELL. AND I CAN SEE THAT YOU HAVE DISABLED MY PLUGINS AND STILL NOT FIXED THE PROBLEM. IT”S A ONE SINGLE DROPDOWN. CMON.
It’s not the CSS as well. Do not try to modify my custom css codes. I have tried to remove all the additional css and it’s still not working.

I do apologize I have wasted your time. This error appears randomly and I could not reproduce it on my testing site, though I did it several times.
