INSTALLATION THEME ERROR

Hi,
I bought WoodMart Theme today and I have a problem with the installation.
I Log in in my website wp panel > Appearance > Theme > Add new, then I upload the zip file (Woodmart.zip) and I press “Install now” button.
The system starts the file uploading and after few minutes it gives me a error, just the text: “Are you sure you want to do this? Retry again” (something like this in italian).
So, what’s the problem? How can I install your theme? I already tried to install it with different browser.

Hello,

Thank you so much purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

This message says that you have some PHP limits on your server that not allow you to upload our theme ZIP file. Try to increase them as described in the article https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/increase-memory-limit/

Thank you so much.
I’ve increased php limits of my server and I’ve uploaded and installed successfully your theme.
But now I have a new a new problem: when I active the theme, in the shop pages I can see the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function woodmart_get_svg() in /home/matteo1989/public_html/wp-content/themes/woodmart/inc/functions.php on line 1125

So, what about this error? How can I fix it?

Hello,

Be sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and you have installed all the required plugins including our WoodMart Core plugin.

Hi,

You should be able to install it via Appearance -> Install plugins.
