problem after update

    Hi,
    After updating the template, one of my additional plugins stopped working well. It’s a plug-in Swatches.
    The other problem after the update is the product page has slowed down a lot. The page takes forever to load.
    Before updating the template everything was working fine, fast.
    What happened?
    All the poles that work with the template now are essential to me.
    Can you help me?

    Hello,

    Sorry, but we can’t guarantee that this plugin would be fully compatible with our theme. You need to contact plugin developers for help on this matter. As for the server response time, could you please check the speed with a default WordPress theme?

    Thank you for your reply.

    I would like to start by pointing out that the plugin worked fine with the template before.
    The problem occurred after updating the template.
    The plugin works fine with other templates, so it’s not a plugin issue.
    Also, I contacted the plugin author in the first place. The author has confirmed that the plugin is not responsible for this problem.
    The “clear” item goes from the template, not the plugin.
    This feature without the plugin doesn’t work either.
    Can he help me?

    Can I just install?
    The old version will not overwrite the new one?
    Please take another look at the attached video.
    With template twenty everything works fine.

    To keep both versions on your website you need to rename 5.3.6 folder to something like woodmart5 in the folder wp-content/themes/

    Please give me an earlier version 5. 2 or 5. 3.
    But I still don’t understand why I should install a second template with the old version. I want an up-to-date template. As you can see the problem is not in the plug.
    Is the template responsible for the “clean” variant?

    Clear button is a WooCommerce functionality and our theme shouldn’t influence it. We ask you to install the 5.3 version temporarily because you said it worked before. That is why we would like to see how it works in order to understand what change in the 6.0 update causes the problem now.

    The version you give is 5. 3. 6 – there was already this error with that version.
    I would need to check previous versions, even 5. 2. Because I’m sure everything worked nicely. I can check it out one by one. Unfortunately I don’t remember after which update this problem arose, because I didn’t notice it right away.

    I’m afraid it won’t work out. The plugins were also updated in between. Including WooCommerce. With version 5. 2, the product images now don’t work at all.
    Check it out for yourself if you can.

    Sorry, but we can’t fix this problem. It seems like the plugin is not compatible with our theme and it is not our update problem. We didn’t declare our theme to be compatible with this particular plugin.
