I want your first and last name to be in it
1- How do I add a custom field to it?
2- The user’s display name is the username by default. I want the show name to be your first and last name. Is there a solution to this?

You can add more fields to the Registration Form, please find the option in the Woocommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy.
