    I use a POPUP on the cookie consent page.

    I managed to translate the POPUP thanks to WPML but there is a sentence that doesn’t want to be translated.

    I searched the translation strings in WPML but it doesn’t work.

    The popup does not translate completely “do not sell my personal information remains in FR” and everything else in EN or ES : CF screenshots + link :

    Hello,

    You need to create two HTML blocks for each language and translate them with WPML strings. Please advise a couple of the HTML blocks you use.

    Navigate to WPML > String Translation > Choose the admin_text_woodmart_option from the dropdown and find the title and the content block http://prntscr.com/lx5qpz

    Hello Elise,

    Thank you for your feedback, but I can’t find the information I’m looking for in the WPML strings.

    Look in screenshots, it is a cookie consent plugin that I use.
    When I go to the settings of this plugin I find the code used corresponding to the sentence that does not translate “Do not sell my information”.

    And at the string level, it finds me the button text that is already translated but not that phrase there specifically.

    It means you use a third-parties plugin for the cookies, here is the WoodMart structure https://prnt.sc/12fk9w8 and here is the structure from your site: https://prnt.sc/12fke5j

    Please try to find the sting in WPML > String translation > find the plugin title and check the lines. If you cannot find it, please contact the support and find out if the plugin is compatible with the WPML.

    Alternatively, you can use WoodMart cookies and follow the same way as I suggested before.
