Additinal empty tab and borders

    Dear Developer,

    Sorry for bothering you so much, however, every day there is a new issue. Now refer to the attached image where there are additional empty accordion tabs below the fit and size.

    How can these be removed.

    I have visited your website. This empty tab is the Custom tab that you have created for the product.

    Please edit the product and try removing the Custom Tab title and content.

    Thank you for your response. However, I am talking about the empty tab just below the “Fit and Size” tab.

    The Custom tab that we have created for the product is fabric and care. See the screenshot attached.

    Further, the problem is there in every product on the website. This is the change, we are facing after the recent theme update. Please advise.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    I hope you understand that deactivating everything for a long time will impact sales and brand image. Can we fix one time, at which we can do it and you resolve it immediately?

    I can understand but it is necessary for you to deactivate all the third party plugins for me to check what is causing the issue.

    Because we only troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    So please deactivate all the third party plugins when you can then we will troubleshoot the issue for you.

    I agree that is the best way, can we fix a time to communicate and resolve it. Or maybe you can try the same between 11 pm and 4 am IST.
