Button on Banners and images not working

    if any type buttons or linked text are isolated they work properly like the bottom button but if i design it and push it upward it doesn’t click and hover and sometimes goes under the image like the other buttons in the attachment.

    Please reset the paddings and margins of the columns and rows, remove the classes, if the problem remains, please provide the page URL with the problem.
