Header Logo to overlap

    Hi,

    I am trying to get my header logo to overlap from the top bar to the main bar but then shrink when scrolling down. whilse messing around with some css i;ve managed to change the size and get it to overlap (not sure if i did it correctly) but can’t get it to shrink on scrolling.

    Hello,

    HTML structure and existing styles do not allow to make a separate element to overlap the row. You can make the full header overlap the content.
