Help remove unused components and speed up my site

As the title suggests, I would like to remove unused elements from our site. I see woodmart has an inbuilt option WP Bakery CSS Generator but I am really not sure which options to use.

The recent theme version provides the option to deactivate the files CSS /JS not used automatically. CSS generator has been removed.
