    Hi,

    Can someone advise on how to size the product category widget please.

    When I edit my page under elementor, my product category widget displays correctly as attached (310×510)

    However, when it’s actually published, the size seems to have shrunk or “squared” off and it looks like the below and not rectangular (attached also)

    Can you advise please? Within my product categories, I have uploaded thumbnail (310×510) to main product categories and have selected “Yes” for “Hide Empty” within the options.

    Could someone also tell me what the hex code is for the grey/black in the product images please? (I’ve attached again)

    I’ve tried a host of options to no avail. Thank you.

    Sorry to be a pain, I can’t seem to add images either to some of my elements within elementor see screenshot.

    Image Gallery widget
    Image overlay on video
    Pricing table background

    can you advise please, it just seems to be greyed out and I am trying to replicate portions of the demo version.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
