when I order on my site, the cart works well, but once I validate the order, I have a 404 not found page and the order disappeared

Hello,
Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.
If you see the same on the default theme, make sure all the templates in Woocommerce are created. You can recreate the pages in Woocommerce > Status > Tools.
