Could you please specify what button do you mean? We don’t see any buttons on your screenshot.

The button in ty our banners. also how do i change the writing to black? primary is blue alternative is orange
There is a button color setting in promo banner element (https://gyazo.com/f5d848088a529c9f30ef2cd08de6e065). If your alternative color is yellow, you can choose the alternative option and banner button will look like in screenshot you provided.
Please, could you describe in more detail with screenshots which text do you want to change to black.

Where do i change the alternative colour?
You can change it in Theme Settings -> Styles & Colors -> Secondary color.
