    I’m having a problem with the video loading time – the video is loading too slowly.

    Hello,

    We have just tested your website and couldn’t see any problems with the video loading. The error you show on the screenshot is related to the video placeholder image. It is missed on your website. You need to remove it from the video element or reupload a new one.
