About Brand on the tab

    Hi,

    I have tried couple hours but still can’t figure out. In the Elementor demo product page, there has an About Brand on the tab. But it doesn’t shown in my product page. I found no where to add or edit it. Please help!

    Also, how to change the “About Brand”, “compare”, and “add to Wishlist” from English to other Language?

    Hello,

    Please find and follow the manual to configure the Brand: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/how-to-setup-brands/

    Part of the strings are translated in the Theme Settings > Shop page > Brand / Compare / Wihslist.

    The rest strings are translated with Loco:

    You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3

    Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.

    Thank you for your reply.

    Regarding the Brand issue
    I did set the attributes of brand but didn’t set the HTML block, that’s the reason the brand description didn’t display in the product page.

    An new issue about the Wishlist page
    It sometimes can’t display normally. It seems shows all the image of single product instead of just one.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    I deactivated some plugins that I don’t use and the Wishlist back to normal. Thank you.

    May I ask what is the parent theme?
