Home page mods disappear

    Hi,
    We have been making some mods to our home page via WP Bakery…. we add the banner for example, save, update page, close page, but only the button shows on the screen?? I have cleared the cache etc.

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    It seems that the changes are not saving. Please provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hello,

    I have found that you have not updated the Woodmart COre and WP bakery plugin, I have just updated the plugin on the site, and now please delete the cache from your site and check the banner on the homepage. I am sure your issue will be solved.

    I speak too soon, I just updated a background image and after saving, same problem??
