Content under menu

    I use the vertical menu and have the problem that the content (e. g. Revolution Slider or the text content) is under the menu.

    What do I have to set so that the content is not under the menu?

    I have now set it to the regular page width instead of stretching it. However, I would like to have the content exactly between the vertical menu and the right edge, without distance.
