I am not able to edit content using WP Bakery Page Builder. When I click edit into a block, none of the existing text will show and the content cannot be saved. When I deactivate the Slider Revolution plugin, this issue will not occur. I believe something within that plugin is causing the “Color” object was set to null within the wp-color-picker.

    Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

    Best Regards

    Hi there,

We have deactivated plugins and found that the issue is with the Revolution Slider plugin. When this is deactivated, there is no issue.

I have attached credentials privately to our staging site. Please let me know if that doesn’t work.

    Hello,

Slider Revolution does not cause such problems, you have the child theme and 50 active plugins. You need to deactivate them all and leave only these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    Then check the issue.

    Best Regards

    Hi there,

We have tried the steps you have mentioned before. With only those plugins, the issue does not occur, but we found that the issue only occurs when both the Slider Revolution plugin and WooCommerce Anti-fraud plugin are enabled. If either of these two plugins are disabled, the issue is gone. I’ve also opened a support ticket with WooCommerce Anti fraud plugin team. I believe there is a code conflict between these two plugins.

    Hello,

It means the Slider revolution conflicts with the WooCommerce Anti-fraud and our theme does not influence that, unfortunately. Please contact WooCommerce Anti-fraud plugin support and ask them fix the incompatibility. Slider Revolution is quite a popular plugin and it is worth effort.

    Best Regards
