Oh thats a shame. Is there anyway of achieving this as was part of the design from client?

Any code that can be added maybe to achieve this?

Many thanks. As you know native VISUAL COMPOSER has sticky ROW/COLUMNS/SECTIONS so would be great to have this feature as usability is much greater with this option.
