ccommParticipantHello,
I accidentally opened our site with an internet explorer and found that the site looks radically different there.
Also on lower resolution monitors the header is 2 rows.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have logged into your website and it seems that you are using an old version of woodmart core plugin.
Please delete the woodmart plugin and reinstall from Appearance >> Install Plugins. Then check back after clearing the cache.
Best Regards

ccommParticipantHello,
I was able to update it, but I had problems:

I created a staging on the site at dev. *****
The access data is the same.
On the live site, although I updated woodmart core and deleted absolutely all the cache on the Internet Explorer, there is no changeMay 25, 2021 at 11:57 am #295287

ccommParticipantHello,
I found out which of the modules is causing the problem. The module is WP Rocket.May 27, 2021 at 8:08 am #295853
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
As the issue is coming from a Third party plugin. Sorry but we could not help you with this. We provide support services within our theme and this is out of our theme support scope.
Regards.

ccommParticipantHello,
you recommended me to use WP Rocket and gave me screenshots with your settings.
I have support from them as well, but I guess they will say that the problem is related to the theme we use.May 27, 2021 at 11:23 am #295934
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please contact the plugin support, they would suggest a better configuration. They know the plugin better. We recommend plugins if we tested, however, we cannot provide support on the plugins.
Best Regards
