to change icon location in hover effect style

I saw the screenshot you attached.

To change the position of the badge on the right side you need to Go to Theme Settings >> Shop >> Product Styles. You can set it according to your requirement.

Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

    display: none;
}
