Problems with the main page (background video and animations)

    Hello, I hope you can help me. I have two problems:

    1) On the main page I am putting a background video and on top of the video I am putting a png image and text, but the problem is that neither the image nor the texts are placed on the video but they appear below.
    This problem occurs since I change http to https, before it worked correctly.

    2) CSS animations don’t work, before switching to https if they worked but no longer work. Now They are motionless.

    Can you help me know how to fix these problems?

    Hello,

    I have removed the empty space elements they are not needed. You have set the row to be full height.

    Next, I have set the columns and content to be located in the middle. However, it does not work as it should.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    If the problem remains, confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.

    Thank you very much for your answer.

    I disabled all plugins and theme. Then I reactivated only the woodmart plugins one by one but the problem persists … it seems to be some problem with the template … can you help me find the error? You have permission to deactivate theme and plugins.

    Hello,

    You have disabled all the WP BAkery page builder styles: https://prnt.sc/13drrc5 in the CSS Generator. That is why it would not work.

    Enable the styles.
