Shipping Fee Inquiry

    Dear support,

    How do I set up shipping fee based on address area, I have set the shipping zones based on postcode and zone region:

    1. For example, a combination of (area 1) + (postcode 80000) = $10
    2. For example, a combination of (area 2) + (postcode 80000) = $15

    Meaning with different area name and same postcode will charge differently.

    Hope you can guide me, thanks a lot!

    Hello,

    Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

    Because the shipping methods are woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

    You can read the woocommerce documentation for further help:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/

    Or You can find a plugin that meets your requirements.

    Sorry, but we could not suggest you with any plugin because we haven’t tested our theme with such a plugin yet.

    Hi there,

    1 have another question, how do I add the “Cart Total” part with the proceed to checkout button? like the attached screenshot. I am using the demo template but it did not show it.

    Hello,

    You are Most Welcome.

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    This area is displayed by default. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Hello,

    We are Glad that your issue has been Resolved.

    You can disable the Ajax add to cart from Theme Settings >> Product Page.

    Thanks for the info, it really fix my issue.

    I have another issue here, which is my footer column. I set 3 columns at Footer layout setting but It is still showing 4 columns. Could you tell me how to fix it?

    I have logged into your website and you haven’t added any widget in the Shop page widget area.

    Please add widgets in the Shop page widget area under Appearance >> Widgets then check back.

    I have tried to change it at Slide Revolution “Slide Animation” but it doesn’t work.

    Could you teach how to change it?

    Please try recreating the slider then disable the option for the slider animation.

    Then clear cache and check back.
