Hi there,

On the mobile version of the product page, there are some empty lines are showing, here is the screenshot https://paste.pics/CL9BE. Can you let me know why these lines are showing on the mobile devices and they are not showing on the desktop version? Or can you remove them, please?

And, can you Move the Additional Tab to the second number after the ingredients? You can check the products at https://yasoap.com/product/cerise/

Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins are deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.

As for the moving tabs, Woocommerce does not provide such an option and our theme does not have either.

Hi there,

I have found that the Code Snippet plugin was causing the issue and now I have deactivated it but I have changed the name of the Description to Ingredients with the help of this plugin. How can I do this now? Can you send me any code for it or how I can shift the Additional Tab to the second number?

Hello,

You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3

Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.

Hi there,

Did you read my request? I am not looking for a loco translate. I wanna sequence the product tabs in the following way, First- Ingredients, Second- Additional Information, Third- Reviews, Fourth- Shipping and Delivery.

Can you send me code for this?

Hello,

By default, Woocommerce does not provide the option to set the order of the tabs. Please search for a plugin for this purpose.

You write that the plugin you used before changed the nave of the tab, and I suggested Loco to change the tab name without the bugs and conflicts

Can you help me in finding the class of the tabs. So I will do this by myself?

Hello,

The default Woocommerce option does not have the option, you show the customization, our support does not cover customization of Woocommerce. Please find a plugin.
