Sticky add to cart is not working properly

In a variable product I have even when you choose one of the variations, the sticky add to cart remains at “select options”.
I believe that’s not the way it should behave.
Do you mind having a look at it for me?

It is the default behaviour of the Sticky add to cart button that it only scrolls the page up to the product details.

Is there an option to change it to “add to cart” once a variation has already been selected?

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
