Changes after update

    I hope you can help. Sometime, during the last updates… some css changes was made on my page and some functions. I hope you know what is causing this:

    1. In example, if you check this product: https://visitkortdeluxe.com/produkt/shop-the-look-2/ the field of total sum of the product, is incorrect.

    2. In general some font has changed. But I suppose I will have to check the settings, but I find strange that is just changed just making an update (I am using child theme).

    3. On the same page: https://visitkortdeluxe.com/produkt/shop-the-look-2/ you can see related products at the end of the page are displayed incorrect.

    4. The gallery is not displaying https://visitkortdeluxe.com/galleri/

    Hello,

    1. Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.

    2. The recent version of the theme has been changed considerably, please find more information here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/woodmart-update-6-0-explained/

    3. Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    4. If the gallery still does not work, provide your site admin access to the private area.

    I did what you suggested and when turning on a wordpress default theme the problem nbr 3 (related products) works fine. Also when using Woodmart parent theme.

    But the problem with the gallery was not solved by chaning theme nor by deactivating plugins.

    I hope you can take a look at those 2 problems for me. Thanks 😉

    Hello,

    If the related products are displayed properly on the parent theme, it means you have errors in the custom code of your child’s theme.

    Copy all the code to a separate file, then remove from the functions.php and add snippet by snipper to detect which one causes the problem.

    Hello,

    I have deactivated the child theme and switched to the parent: https://gyazo.com/7ef414bf080a8eea7469dc7253679931 and https://gyazo.com/4c59820f92b9beee26dad02a0df4d9b7

    When I deactivated all the plugins I do not see any galleries in the page: https://gyazo.com/fb21e802ca4fd88b60f4be19ecf7f376

    You could add it with another plugin or builder, that is most likely not supported by our theme.

    Thank you Elise but maybe there was a communication problem here. As I said, I know that some issues were solved by turning on the parent theme, but problem nr 4 (see my first entry in this thread) was not solved, even with parent theme.
    In my first entry I linked to the gallery (portfolio): https://visitkortdeluxe.com/galleri/
    It does not work with nor without parent theme, it worked before and was built as a part of woodmart theme.
