    Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.

    I dont know but sometimes it does not works. Maybe is a server problem? I know that i need to optimize the site because the speed of it is too slow.Do you have any suggestion of a good way to optimize it?

    We recommend you test how it works without any third-party plugins. As for the server speed, you need to consult with your hosting provider about its speed.

    In this case, we recommend you try some other hosting provider for the free trial period and see how your website would work there. It might be some problem with your server.

    I just talked with my server provider and they tried to find any problem, but they didnt spot any. Soo the problem maybe is a theme bug?

    Could you please try to disable all external plugins and test it one more time? Also, try to disable lazy loading in Theme Settings -> Performance.

    Please, disable the Cloudflare and all kind of cache and CDN as well. They might affect this issue as well. Also, provide us your current admin access.
