User Switching option

    Hello,
    In users.php section, there used to be a “switch to” option. I did not make any changes to the theme or did not delete any plugins. But now the “switch to” option is not showing in users.php. Would you mind letting me know how can I enable this feature?

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    Because the users are controlled by wordpress and our theme doesn’t influence.
