    Hi there,

    Hope all is well. After update we are having issues with the cart sidebar not functioning properly as well as a notification showing up on checkout page. Ajax sidebar works when you add product but can’t access cart in header after product added. Plus the no products like demo in cart doesn’t show up either.

    I attached some screen grabs and hopeful you can can do some investigating as we are trying to go live by end of week and take the catalogue mode off of live website. Can’t change the background image in checkout pages either as nothing happens when I change to just black.

    Also, homepage sometimes loads with white background from time and curious what could be the cause.

    We had the site working perfectly prior to major update and with all the changes you guys did it has caused some issues and to be honest the speed on hasn’t really changed. Perhaps it’s our settings.

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Also, switch to the parent theme temporarily.

    Hi,

    Please, disable all external plugins and switch to the parent theme first.
