Invisible element order tracking

    I am trying to check the order tracking of the products, but as you see in the picture, the element seems to be there but not visible. What is the cause for this issue? How do i solve it?

    i cleared the cache, but the issue is still not resolved. Also, can you please tell me the procedures of solving the issue?

    I have logged into your website and the issue is already Resolved.

    Previously I solved the issue by adding the background of the row and the form was disabled.
