Help to increase the performance of WoodMart

First I would like to congratulate you for the recent updates, my website has risen to the next level in terms of speed after the updates. Thanks!!

But I still believe that I can improve some things. Analyzing several products from my site on google pagespeed, most of them point to similar improvements involving 2 files:

Can you help me optimize them? I use WP-Rocket, is there anything I can do in the template or plugin to optimize them?

Another point that concerns me is the initial server response time on pages that are not cached. In some moments it takes 4, 5 seconds to start loading the page. I’ve done this test with all plugins disabled and it remains. (It’s not critical most of the time, but it happens often)
Is there anything I can do to identify the cause of this issue?
(In contact with Flywheel, I was assured that the server is 100%.)

Another problem, of lesser impact, is that the smaller images on the product page do not have the specified height and width, can you tell me how I fixed their height and width?
