So as I understand you have a problem when you activate the child theme. If so, it means your customization code contains the errors, you need to check your code and delete the harmful snippets.
Our support does not cover investigating and correcting custom code.
Save all the code of functions.php into a separate file, then add snippet by snippet checking the issue, you would detect which one causes the problem.
