    Hello Team,
    We have licenced key of Woodmart theme..but we are facing some issues after installing the theme it showing There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress. error…Help us ASAP we need to work on our website

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

    Find WordPress admin and ftp credentials below in the private section

    We are using Amazon lightsail VPS… is there an issue with that your theme is not compatible with AWS?

    It seems to be some PHP error on your website that is not related to our theme. Could you please try to rename the plugins folder to deactivate them all? Change wp-content/plugins/ to wp-content/plugins1 for example.

    I have tried it already so many times but it is not working properly…and there are only elementor and woo-commerce plugin which is already recommended by you…

    OK, Could you try to do this one more time and uninstall our theme completely? Then we will install it for you. You can also uninstall theme related plugins as well.

    I have done with this you can access and install theme and plugin…Hope that error will not display after the installation…

    Is there ay issue of your theme with Amazon VPS?

    It is still not working correctly…You can login and refresh it 2-3 time then check

    According to your website error logs there is not enough memory limit in PHP configuration https://gyazo.com/eb25b91349bc1df7abb9dfc00e28d288
    Try to increase it to recommended value 128MB or 256MB. Now it is set to 64MB according to the log from the screenshot.

    Hello Team,

    We are not able to update WoodMart theme on our website which is https://www.bullrockfitness.com/
    It’s showing an error like “An error occurred while updating Woodmart: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

    Hello,

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.
